Fees and Payments




We are not accepting new patients from Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Tricare at this time. However, if you have a PPO plan, you may pay out of pocket and then recieve a superbill that you can submit with your insurance carrier and get partially reimbursed through them. Please make sure to contact your insurance carrier for your out of pocket benefits.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, and Zell transfer. Based on our initial agreement, payments are due at the end of each session.

Cancellation Fee

If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us within 48 hours prior your scheduled appointment, otherwise you will be billed for your session.
