Insurance
We do accept TriCare and all the out of network PPO plans. Please make sure to contact your insurance carrier to determine your out-of-network benefits.
Payment Methods
We accept cash payment, personal checks, and major credit cards. Based on our initial agreement, payments are due at the end of each session.
Cancellation Fee
If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us within 48 hours prior your scheduled appointment, otherwise you will be billed for your session.
