Fees and Payments
We do accept California Blue Cross, TriCare, TriWest, Health Net, and all the PPO plans. Please make sure to contact your insurance carrier to determine your out-of-network benefits.
We accept cash payment, personal checks, and major credit cards. Based on our initial agreement, payments are due at the end of each session.
If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us within 48 hours prior your scheduled appointment, otherwise you will be billed for your session.
